60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Individual experiences and results may vary. If you have used the product consistently according to its directions and are not satisfied, you may submit a refund request under the following conditions:

• The request must be submitted within 60 days of the recorded delivery date.
• The guarantee is limited to one approved claim per customer.
• The guarantee applies to one eligible product or unit from a single order.
• The product must have been purchased directly from True Herbs.
• The customer must provide the order number and purchasing email address.

If approved, the refund will be limited to the amount actually paid for the eligible product after any discounts and will be returned through the original payment method.

Taste and Personal Preference

Refunds are not available solely because of taste preference. Taste is subjective and does not by itself indicate that a product is defective or ineffective.

If the product has an unusual odor, broken safety seal, leakage, visible contamination, or another possible quality problem, contact us immediately so the issue can be reviewed as a potential defect rather than a taste-related concern.

Damaged, Broken, Leaking, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, broken, leaking, unusable, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photographs of the product, shipping packaging, shipping label, and visible damage.

Our standard resolution is a free replacement of the affected product, including replacement shipping. We do not ordinarily issue a cash refund when an identical replacement is available.

If a replacement is unavailable, or applicable consumer law requires another remedy, the legally required remedy will apply.

Change-of-Mind Returns

For safety and quality reasons, opened or used ingestible products are not ordinarily accepted for change-of-mind returns, except where required by applicable law.

Do not send any product back without first contacting our support team and receiving return instructions.

Health Conditions, Medication, and Allergies

Customers are responsible for reviewing the complete ingredient list, usage directions, and product warnings before purchasing or using a True Herbs product.

Do not use a product if you are allergic or sensitive to any listed ingredient. If you have a chronic medical condition, take medication, are pregnant or nursing, or are under medical supervision, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.

A product being unsuitable for an individual medical condition, medication, or known allergy does not automatically qualify for a refund when the ingredients and warnings were accurately disclosed. This does not limit rights relating to a defective, contaminated, or incorrectly labelled product.

Stop using the product and seek appropriate medical advice if you experience an adverse reaction.

Mandatory Consumer Rights

This policy provides a voluntary True Herbs satisfaction guarantee and does not limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded in the customer’s country.

Where applicable law provides cancellation, return, replacement, repair, or refund rights, those mandatory rights will take priority over any conflicting part of this policy.
